Terms of Service
The agreement for using X2B AML Intel. This is a working draft pending legal review.
The service
X2B AML Intel provides wallet and transaction risk analysis to support AML investigation and risk control. Access to the authenticated workspace and partner API is granted under an account and, where applicable, a separate order.
Nature of the output
Output is decision-support, not a decision. It is not legal advice or a regulatory determination, and it never certifies a wallet as clean or safe. See the AML Disclaimer for the full statement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass or endanger a person, to circumvent sanctions, or to attack the platform. Do not misrepresent our output as an official clearance or as your own regulatory finding.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for security reasons or for breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on its output. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
Changes
These terms will evolve as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, AML Disclaimer, and (for business customers) the DPA. Questions? Contact deals@x2b.io.
