A support tool, not a decision
X2B AML Intel supports investigation and risk control. It surfaces exposure signals, external attribution, and source-of-funds analysis to help an analyst reach a decision — it does not make the decision for you.
Not legal advice
Nothing in the product, its reports, or this site is legal advice. It does not create an attorney–client relationship and must not be relied on as a substitute for qualified legal or compliance counsel.
Not a regulatory determination
A band or report is not an official finding, licence, endorsement, or determination by any regulator, financial-intelligence unit, or sanctions authority. We are not a government body and do not act on their behalf.
Human review is required
Automated output is a lead, not a verdict. A HIGH_RISK signal requires analyst review before any action, and every material decision (onboarding, freezing, reporting, offboarding) must be confirmed by a qualified human.
Coverage limitations apply
Findings are scoped to available data sources and chains at the time of the check. Coverage is incomplete and changes over time; where a path cannot be resolved we return UNKNOWN or INSUFFICIENT DATA rather than an implied all-clear.
We never certify a wallet
X2B AML Intel never labels a wallet clean, safe, or risk-free. The most favourable result we report is “LOW under available coverage”, which is a statement about our data — not a guarantee about the subject.
No warranty; use at your own judgement
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sanctions, ownership, and attribution data can be incomplete, delayed, or contested. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations and for validating findings before you rely on them.
