Privacy Policy

What data X2B AML Intel processes, why, and how to exercise your rights. This is a working draft.

Draft — pending legal review

What we process

Public checks take a wallet address or transaction id and query available AML coverage. Authenticated accounts additionally hold the workspace data you create — cases, notes, reports, and team/role configuration.

Anonymous public checks

The free Explorer check does not require an account and returns a redacted band only. We do not attach a public check to an identity, and full assessments are never exposed on public surfaces.

Why we process it

To deliver the check, operate and secure the service, maintain an audit trail for accountable AML work, and meet our own legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and sub-processors

We use infrastructure and data providers to run checks and host the service. Data-processing terms for business customers are covered by the DPA; ask us for the current sub-processor list.

Retention

Workspace records are retained for as long as the account needs them for its AML record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. Concrete retention windows are being finalised as part of legal review.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us and we will route the request to the right owner.

Business customers should also read the Data Processing Addendum and our Cookie Notice. For any privacy request or question, contact deals@x2b.io.
